Privacy and cookies
What data Fudbalba keeps, where and why, and which cookies it uses. In short: only what the app needs to work, no tracking and no advertising.
Who we are
Fudbalba is an app for football clubs and youth academies. For any question about data, write to [email protected].
What data we keep
- Data the club enters: teams, players and parents (name, optionally a phone number), sessions, attendance, notes, fees, registrations and health notes. The club decides what it enters and who sees it.
- Logins: an email or username and a password. The password is stored only as a strong one-way hash; nobody can read it.
- The club's subscription: payment goes through Stripe. We never see or store the card number, only the state of the subscription (e.g. active until a date).
Where the data is kept
- A server at Hetzner in Germany (EU).
- Cloudflare sits in front of the site for speed and protection against attacks.
- Stripe handles subscription payments; on Stripe's pages Stripe's privacy policy applies.
We don't sell data or share it for advertising. Fudbalba has no analytics and no visitor tracking.
Cookies
Fudbalba only uses cookies the site cannot work without. Under EU rules such cookies need no consent, so we don't ask you to accept them; the notice on the page just says what we use.
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
ff_session | Fudbalba | Keeps you signed in. You cannot sign in without it. | 30 days or until you sign out |
__cf_bm | Cloudflare | Tells people from bots and protects the site. Only set sometimes. | 30 minutes |
In the browser's storage (these are not cookies and are never sent anywhere) we also remember: your language (ff.locale), the team you picked in the app (ff.team.…) and that you closed the cookie notice (ff.cookies).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. The quickest way is your club's admin, who can do most of it in the app; otherwise write to [email protected] and we will answer.
