How do I write a note about a training or match?

For coaches and staff

Open the training, match or meeting in the Calendar and under Notes click Note, or on the Notes page click New note for a free note.

A note has a title, text, short remarks About players and Tasks. Only the author and the club admin can change it.

Who sees a note and how do I share it with players?

For coaches and staff

Under Who sees it choose:

  • Only staff: the team's coaches, sporting director and admin
  • Whole team: every player and their parents
  • Chosen players: only them (and their parents)

Those you share with get an in-app notification. A player remark ticked Show to player is seen only by that player (and parents), even on a staff-only note.

How do tasks in notes work?

For coaches and staff

In a note add a Task, pick who does it and a due date (e.g. "Book the bus for Saturday"). On Notes → Tasks you find My tasks and Open tasks in the team; tick a task when it's done.

Where do I see what the coach wrote for me or my child?

For parents and players

The Notes page (on a phone under More) has everything coaches shared with you: notes from trainings and matches and remarks about your child. When a coach shares something, you get a notification under the bell.

How do I enter a match result?

For coaches and staff

Open the match and click Enter result. Enter the score, then Goal (scorer, assist, minute) and Card (yellow or red). A goal without a scorer is an opponent's own goal.

Everyone in the team sees the result, scorers and cards; the score shows in the calendar, and goals and assists add up in each player's season.

Where do I see one player's goals, assists and remarks?

For coaches and staff

On Notes → By player pick the team and player. You see matches with a report, goals, assists and cards this season, and every staff remark about that player.
